Tripura TET 2018: The Teachers’ Recruitment Board (TRBT) has recently announced the notification to recruit eligible candidates for class 5 to 8 teachers. This recruitment is done by conducting a state level exam called Tripura Teachers’ Eligibility Test (T-TET) 2018. The online application process has already begun from 20th June 2018. Interested candidates can fill the application forms via official website i.e. trb.tripura.gov.in. candidates are informed to submit their application as soon as possible as the application process ends on 26th July 2018. The exam is decided to be held on 8th September 2018.

Application Fee

The application fee is different for candidates belonging to different categories. Candidates belonging from General/OBC category will have to pay Rs. 300 whereas candidates of SC/ST or differently-abled candidates are supposed to pay Rs. 200.

Tripura TET 2018 Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit:- There is no prescribed age limit for candidates participating in T-TET 2018.

Educational Qualification

for T-TET Paper-I (Classes I to V)

Senior Secondary Certificate with minimum 50% marks along with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or 1-year Diploma in Education (academic session 2004-05)

OR,

Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks along with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002 (or 1-year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05).

OR

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. EI. Ed.).

OR

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

OR

Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or 1-year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05) (by whatever name known).

T-TET Paper-II (for Classes VI-VIII)

Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or 1-year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05)

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.).

OR

Graduation degree with at least 45% marks and B. Ed. in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard.

OR

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. EI. Ed.).

OR

Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 4-years B.A. / B. Sc. Ed or B. A. Ed/ B. Sc. Ed.

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.) (Special Education).

Important Tips For Online Submission of Applications

  • Scanned image of latest passport size photograph of the candidate (Size: Greater than 4 KB less than 100 KB).
  • Scanned image of the full signature of the candidate (Size: Greater than 4 KB less than 20 KB).
  • Images should be in JPG format only.
  • It must be ensured that image of the photograph and full signature of the candidate for uploading must be clear or else your candidature will be summarily canceled without further notification.
  • Acknowledgement Page will not be generated if any irrelevancy is noticed in the image of the photograph and full signature of the candidate.
