RINL Vizag Steel Plant Junior Trainee Salary Structure

Junior Trainee Training Candidates appointed as Junior Trainee with Vizag Steel would be subjected to a training of 24 months.

Candidates having ITI Diploma will undergo Skill Development Course of one year certified by National Skill Development Corporation.

Junior Trainee Stipend In the first year of training, Junior Trainees would be entitled to a stipend of Rs. 10,700/ p.m.

During the remaining period of training, a stipend of Rs. 12,200/ p.m. would be disbursed to Junior Trainees.

Junior Trainee Salary On successful completion of training and subsequent appointment, candidates would fetch basic pay of Rs. 16,800 in the pay scale of Rs. 16,800-3%-24,110/- (S-3 Grade).

Junior Trainee Salary – CTC after Training Period

After the successful completion of training for Junior Trainee, candidates would be entitled to Cost to Company amounting 4.84 lakhs per annum in S3 grade. The Cost to Company includes the following benefits and allowances.

  • Provident Fund
  • Encashment of Earned Leave
  • Medical treatment for self and family without charge

Note

Candidates appointed to the post of Junior Trainee in Vizag Steel Plant would be entitled for company’ accommodation. However, if the individual refuses to take accommodation, he/she will not be eligible for House Rent Allowance. Moreover, the HRA is subjected to revision in the event where the company’s accommodation is not available.
